A Million Thanks for the 1M Subscribers: Wish 107.5 to Hold Thanksgiving Celebration this March 18

On March 11, Wish 107.5 has officially hit 1 million YouTube subscribers, making it the first FM radio station in the country to have achieved the prestigious feat.

To celebrate this milestone, Wish 107.5 is slated to hold a thanksgiving celebration this March 18, 6PM, at the Open Park in Eastwood Mall, Quezon City.

The event entitled “A Million Thanks for the 1 Million Subscribers,” will feature OPM royalties JayR and Kris Lawrence, Luke Mejares,  Tippy Dos Santos, Sam Mangubat, Lucky Robles, Kath Loria, 5th Gen, Jay Kent, JBK, and DJ Robin Nievera and his band among others.

The station will also be giving back to its avid followers through granting the wishes of selected Wishers.

The Wish 107.5 Bus will be parked at the Eastwood Central Plaza starting 4 PM for the live broadcast of the program Roadshow.

In only over two years since its launch, the Wish YouTube page now ranks among giant entertainment and broadcast networks included in the list of local content creators that have reached the massive figure. As of writing, the roster is only composed of eight channels.

Wish 107.5’s YouTube Channel is a digital treasure trove of a variety of WISHclusive performances staged by established, emerging, local and international acts. The site’s high-definition and frequently-viral videos featuring top-notch audio quality have helped attract music enthusiasts across the globe.

According to YouTube Philippines’ year-end report, Wish was 2016’s fastest-growing local channel after it obtained a 236% increase in its number of subscribers.

The Wish 107.5 YouTube Channel is just one of the innovations introduced by the all-hits radio station. With the mission of breaking the traditional FM radio broadcast experience, Wish is also known for the groundbreaking Wish 107.5 Bus, which is capable of staging live, ticketless concerts with its state-of-the-art facilities.

As what its name implies, Wish 107.5 further sustains a wish-granting advocacy that aims to touch the lives of its listeners.

Meanwhile, its annually-held Wish 107.5 Music Awards is the station’s way of honoring the country’s homegrown music in a grandiose scale. For its sophomore year, the event revolved around the theme “Your WISHclusive Gateway to the World” to celebrate its ascent from being a young FM station to becoming an able, global ambassador of exceptional musicality and artistry.
