All-Female Band Rouge Rock Wish 107.5 with Mini Live Concert

Rouge, a fast-rising all-female band, rocked the one and only Wish 107.5 Bus on May 26 as they performed a mini live concert for the crowd at Quezon City Elliptical Circle on the Roadshow.

They sang the 80s hits “I Hate Myself for Loving You,” “We Got the Beat”, and their original song, “Hanep,” to the delight of spectators in the venue.

“Hanep” is included in OPM Fresh, a compilation album produced by Star Music which features up-and-coming local talents from different genres. According to the band, “Hanep” is about women empowerment.

They are very excited to be part of the album, adding that the project is a culmination of their hard work.

Comprised of young, talented, and fresh Filipina beauties — Kara, Princess, Jeri, and Gyan — Rouge began their journey as musicians in 2013. New to the music scene, they managed to entice people with their unique harmony and undeniable charm.

What makes Rouge different from all the other pop rock bands nowadays is the incorporation of the classical violin to the light rock songs they perform.

This blog post has completely changed my perspective on music. It's a must-read for any music lover.
