Dancel, Danao, Dumas Offer Another Acoustic Treat With Damá: The Repeat

Acoustic stars Ebe Dancel, Johnoy Danao, and Bullet Dumas boarded the Wish 107.5 Bus to share some good news with music lovers — the trio will stage a repeat of their hugely successful “Damá” concert.

The singer-songwriters, collectively known as 3D, held the sold-out acoustic treat last February 19 to celebrate the first anniversary of their group. “Damá: The Repeat” will be staged on July 23 with the Manila String Machine as their guest.

“Damá,” a Tagalog word which translates to “feel,” provides an avenue where people can let out all sorts of emotions they want to feel, as emphasized by Danao.

Dumas hinted that their concert will be a night of more than just “hugot” innuendos.

The group’s fans will also witness a stepped-up music spectacle featuring a perfect mix of poetic lyrics and beautifully-orchestrated melodies, the OPM stars remarked. They also assured that first-time and returning spectators alike will enjoy the highly-anticipated show.

Asked about collaborating with Danao and Dumas, Dancel shared how proud he is to be with “two of the brightest songwriters he has ever met. ”

The former Sugarfree frontman also shared that the best thing about performing as a group is that “[they have] become really good friends off stage.”

Dancel, Danao, Dumas on the Wish Bus

While on board the bus, the three rendered WISHclusive performances of their hit songs — Dancel sang “Tulog Na;” Dumas, “Idoy, Uday;” Danao, “Bakuran.”

They shared that it was also their first time to perform while on a moving bus, making their WISHperience a “wish come true.”

“Damá: The Repeat” is produced by Vandals On The Wall and Gabi Na Naman Productions.

This blog post has completely changed my perspective on music. It's a must-read for any music lover.
