EXO-SC Will Visit Filipino EXO-Ls in May

EXO-SC, the subunit of EXO, is set to visit their Filipino fans, also known as EXO-Ls, next month. The South Korean duo will hold their “Back to Back” fan con at the Araneta Coliseum on May 20, 2023. The convention will start at 6 p.m.

“Back to Back” fan con tickets will be available starting on April 23, 2023, at 12 p.m. via TicketNet. Ticket prices range from Php 3,000 for the General Admission seats to Php 11,500 for  VIP seats. VIP ticket holders will get the event’s official ID and lanyard and raffle entries for a chance to join Sehun and Chanyeol’s press conference and send off, and get a signed poster. Meanwhile, Patron ticket holders will get a chance to win a signed event poster. VIP and patron ticket holders’ raffle entries will be based on their official ticket numbers and are advised not to post them online.

All fancon attendees will receive souvenir show cards on the event day.

EXO-SC

EXO-SC stands for EXO’s Sehun and Chanyeol. The duo launched in 2019 with their single, “What a Life,” and a collaborative six-track album of the same name. “What a Life,” is a smooth and summery track that talks about the importance of seizing the moment and living life to the fullest — a positive message that resonates with fans who have followed the duo’s journey.

“As many of you guys know, the song reflects our own stories. It’s all about our own thoughts, daily lives and ideal lifestyle we pursue, like working hard and playing hard. We wanted to deliver our positive energy,” Chanyeol said in an interview with Kpop Herald.

“What A Life” became a hit among EXO-Ls.As of writing, its official music video has more than 32 million views on YouTube.

EXO’s Baekhyun also set to come to Manila

In addition to EXO-SC, EXO’s Baekhyun will also visit Manila this year. Baekhyun, together with former member of the girl group I.O.I., soloist Jeon Somi,  will headline the “Overpass: K-pop Music Concert” on June 11, 2023, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

In recent years, EXO members have been exploring their own creative paths with their solo projects and collaborations, each forging their unique journeys beyond the band. With all of their recent activities, it’s no surprise that fans are eagerly anticipating the return of EXO as a group. Fortunately, their wishes may soon be coming true, as EXO member Suho shared message on Instagram stating that the group will be back in 2023. While no specific details have been released yet, EXO-Ls can rest assured that they will be in for a treat when EXO graces the stage once again.
