For Hitting 2M YouTube Subscribers, Wish 107.5 to Grant Php 2M Worth of Wishes

In celebration of hitting two million subscribers on YouTube, Wish 107.5 is set to grant Php 2 million worth of wishes.

The first 22 wishes will be granted on February 2, Friday, coinciding with the FM radio station's special thanksgiving concert titled “2M x 2 (You are our 2 Million Reasons to be Thankful)” at the Centris Open Grounds in Quezon City.

The remaining wishes, which were selected from the hundreds of posts shared on our Wishing Walls across different malls and schools, will be fulfilled within February and March.

“We’re very happy that we already reached another milestone after hitting the 2 million-mark on our YouTube channel. We’d like to thank all of our subscribers for their continuous support and love for Wish 107.5,” BMPI Vice President for Radio Gerardo Etorma III said.

As a way to give back, “we’re going to grant Php 2 million worth of wishes to our subscribers,” Mr. Etorma shared, adding that “a mini-concert” will also be staged in the late afternoon.

The performers will include Jay R, Sponge Cola, Brisom, Luke Mejares, Top Suzara, 5thGen, and Wishcovery grand finalists Hacel Bartolome, Carmela Ariola, Louie Anne Culala and Kimberly Baluzo.

Wish 107.5 achieved the two million subscriber-milestone on January 23, over a week after it staged the third edition of its Wish Music Awards. During the awarding ceremony, the FM radio station doled out Php 2.1 million to the winners of major categories and their chosen beneficiaries.

According to Mr. Etorma, Wish will “continuously give quality Wishclusives, and will strive to invite all the artists wished by [the station’s] subscribers.”

Wish 107.5, whose YouTube channel is hailed as the no. 1 FM YouTube page in the Philippines, will also keep its commitment “to provide the coolest musical experience and grant the wishes of its subscribers,” the BMPI executive further remarked.
