Morissette Headlines Wish 107.5’s Robinsons Las Piñas Mall Show

Morissette, dubbed the Philippines’ next big diva, headlined the recent Wish1075 mall show at the Robinsons Place, Las Pinas, after visiting the radio station’s mobile bus where she promoted her self-title debut album.

Morissette performed her single “Di Maipaliwanag," along with her amazing covers of “Break Free” and “Love On Top."

The rising diva expressed her humble gratitude for the opportunity to perform in a mall show hosted by Wish 107.5.

“Super grateful po ako ang happy kasi maraming artists ang gusto rin talaga mag-perform for Wish.” (I am very grateful because many artists really would like to perform with Wish.)

She also eagerly shared her admiration for the Wish 1075 Bus, “Sobrang nakakatuwa. ‘Yung concept na ganoon, I’ve never seen it sa ibang station, so stand out talaga siya.” (It’s very overwhelming. The concept, I’ve never seen it before in other stations, that’s why it really stands out.)

Sharing the stage with her were up and coming OPM artists, Bueno Sisters, Shanne Velasco and The Voysings, who enticed casual mall-goers and passers-by with their catchy musical numbers

The Bueno Sisters, composed of Tabitha, Shardei, and Ysa, were particularly very happy to perform for the crowd for the first time in a mall show.

“First time po naming ‘tong magkakapatid sa isang mall show so masaya, wala namang pressure, magaan yung dating ng stage,” Shardei shares. (It was our first time performing in a mall show, so it was very fulfilling. There was not much pressure. Being on stage felt light.)    

The Pinoy Youtube stars sang their own renditions of popular hits such as “All About That Bass”, “Ako Na Lang”, “Happy”, and “Love Never Felt So Good”.

Regular Wish 1075 mall show performers Shanne Velasco and The Voysings, as expected, carried out powerful numbers.

With her rich vocal prowess, Shanne showed the audience how she can sing any song and make it her own by lending her own style to some of the newest singles today like Yeng Constantino’s “Ikaw” and Elli Goulding’s “Love Me Like You Do.”

The Voysing, on the other hand, relived the music of the Fab Four by singing the Beatles classics, “Twist and Shout” and “I Wanna Hold Your Hand.”

Apart from the performances, the attendees of the show also had the chance to win cool and exciting prizes from the station.
