SB19, BINI, Flow G, and SunKissed Lola Give All-Out Performances at Puregold’s Thanksgiving Concert

It was a memorable night for the fans of SB19, BINI, Flow G, and SunKissed Lola, as they were treated to awesome performances during the “Puregold Nasa Atin Ang Panalo” concert at the Araneta Coliseum on July 12, 2024.

Puregold’s Thanksgiving Concert 2024

Spicing up the night were front-act performances from KDR Music House’s roster of artists. Rising OPM band Kahel jammed to their original song, “Diwata,” and their renditions of “Beh Buti Nga,” “RomCom,” and “Raining in Manila.” Budding singer-songwriter Esay showcased her single, “But Now You’re Gone,” and gave her own spin to “Himala,” “Power Of Love,” and “Nagloko Ka Rin Naman.”

Meanwhile, the up-and-coming band Letters From June treated everyone to their debut single, “Bituin,” and played their versions of “Dilaw,” “Tingin,” “Low Key,” and “The Sound.”

Unexpected collaborations

After an exhilarating front-act set, the lights went off; all eyes were on the big LED screen as the countdown began. The main event of the night commenced with an audio-visual presentation of Puregold’s remarkable milestones, which served as a celebration of their 25 years in the industry.

BINI

As if saying “thank you” to the crowd, Puregold went on to kick off the thanksgiving show with performances from the Nation’s Girl Group BINI. The breakthrough P-pop act sang their hit originals, “Lagi” “Ang Huling Cha Cha,” and “Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi.”

To Blooms’ surprise, SB19’s Justin joined the ladies for “Salamin, Salamin.” This was followed by the vibrant “Pantropiko.”

Stell

Next up was the OPM rock band SunKissed Lola, earning cheers even only with a pre-recorded video performance of their hit, “Pasilyo.” As the song started playing, SB19’s Stell suddenly appeared on the stage and harmonized with the band’s vocalists Dan Ombao and Laura Lacbain.

Rap star Flow G fueled the night with his pumped-up performances of his songs, “Rapstar,” We Made It,” and “Moon.” For his “Burgis” track, he was joined by her girlfriend Angelica Yap.

More remarkable collaborations came next. The Puregold stage saw Flow G and Gloc-9 perform “Bahay Yugyugan.” Flow G also performed “Ikaw Na Nga Yon” with Skusta Clee and “High Score” with SB19’s JOSH, FELIP, and PABLO.

SB19 x BINI

Capping off the night on a high note, P-pop giant SB19 made the crowd go wild with their unexpected collaboration with BINI. Members of the two groups  teamed up for the former’s “Gento.” A’Tin and Blooms witnessed an unforgettable night when two of the biggest P-pop acts in the country performed on one stage.

SB19

The Mahalima also performed their viral songs, “MAPA,” “LIHAM,” and “CRIMZONE” and dished out one of their latest singles, “Moonlight.”

As a way of giving thanks to their idols, fans of each musical guest prepared surprises in between the superb performances.
