SB19’s A’TIN Triumphs the 2023 Billboard Fan Army Face-Off

Billboard’s annual showdown of fan loyalty has concluded with a resounding victory for SB19’s fandom A’TIN, as they topped the 2023 Billboard Fan Army Face-Off.

After more than a month of competing for global recognition, SB19’s A’TIN emerged as the strongest fan army, claiming the crown on August 8, Tuesday. In a tight final showdown, the P-pop group’s strong fanbase outshone K-pop group SEVENTEEN’s CARATs with 51.1% of the total votes compared to the latter’s 48.9%.

The 2023 Fan Army Face-Off, which commenced on July 5, brought together 64 artist fan armies from different genres and generations — from pop and hip-hop to K-pop, country, R&B, rock, dance, and P-pop. All are vying to prove the strength of their fan bases via online polling, with multiple matchups to get to the quarterfinals finals.

Artists Cardi B, EXO, Selena Gomez, Nicki Minaj, TWICE, and Shakira’s fan armies are among the Elite Eight that made it through the semifinals, with SB19’s A’TIN and SEVENTEEN’s CARATs advancing to the final face-off.

2023 is indeed a busy year for SB19, from winning big in the 8th Wish Music Awards in January to various global appearances.

The quintet just recently wrapped up their “Pagtatag!” US leg tour and is now gracing the stages of Canada. The world tour kicked off with a two-night Araneta show in June, co-produced by KDR Music House.
