Wish 107.5 Goes to Davao and Digos Cities

The Wish 107.5 Bus welcomed local acts as it headed over to two different cities in the Davao Region last week for the Wish provincial tour.

For its first stop last Tuesday, March 26, the iconic FM-on-wheels drove to the Philippine Women’s College of Mindanao in Davao City, where students were serenaded by the Sunday’s Best Project. The local act performed their rendition of Ogie Alcasid’s “Sa Kanya” and their original song “Panaginip.”

“It’s a privilege to perform here,” the band said, adding that “in every performance, we always try to do our best and set an example [for other local artists].”

The band was followed by Dulce Lumictin, a Wishcovery Season 2 aspirant, who sang her cover of Janine Teñoso’s “Di Na Muli.”

On Wednesday, the Wish Bus had a quick stop at Victoria Plaza Bajada, where Angel Joy Yu gave her rendition of Demi Lovato’s “Stone Cold.”

After Yu’s solo performance, the Wish Bus went over to Digos City, Davao Del Sur, where locals were entertained by performances from homegrown artists Joeber, Nina Hyacinth, and Joy Osorno.

Completing the roster of performances, acoustic act Raztic sang two original songs, “Ex” and “Assumera.”

The Wish 107.5 Bus is now off to its next destination.
