Wish 107.5 Temporarily Suspends Wish Bus Operations, Wishcovery Production Over COVID-19 Concerns

Wish 107.5 is temporarily halting the operations of the Wish Bus and the production of its online talent search, Wishcovery Originals due to COVID-19 concerns.

On March 12, Thursday, President Rodrigo Duterte addressed the country, announcing that the National Capital Region will be put under “community quarantine” from March 15 until April 14. He further elevated it to an “enhanced community quarantine” level on the 16th, with this latest announcement now covering the entire Luzon.

The Metro Manila Council has also urged the implementation of curfew hours from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m.

In compliance with the preventive measures set by the government, the Wish 107.5 Bus -- which carries the broadcast of the radio program, The Roadshow, and serves as a mobile performance platform for the show’s musical guests -- will suspend its operations for the time being.

As for Wishcovery Originals, the singing-songwriting competition will have its last taped broadcast on March 22 and will resume its airing until further notice.

For further updates, tune in to Wish 107.5 and follow them on their social media pages. You can stream Wish Bus performances and Wishcovery episodes here.
