Wish 107.5, Toblerone Pair Up For a ‘thoughtful’ Roadshow Gig

Welcoming the love month on a romantic, “thoughtful” note, Wish 107.5 and Toblerone teamed up for a special edition of The Roadshow on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at the Capitol Commons Park in Pasig City. The event featured “Pasilyo” hitmaker SunKissed Lola.

Roadshow, made extra sweet

During their Roadshow gig, the Wish award-winning band performed two songs generated by the uniquely delicious chocolate brand’s artificial intelligence (AI)-powered platform.

One is called “A Thoughtful Toblerone Love Song for Mika,” a saccharine tune dedicated to the fiancè of Dan Ombao, one of the band’s vocalists and guitarists.

The other is titled “A Thoughtful Toblerone Love Song for Grace,” generated by vocalist and Grace’s partner, Laura Lacbain. “With a heart so gentle, a smile that sways/Happy day of love, to my favorite face,” one of the verses says.

Both tunes carry the OPM act’s signature groove, making them extra delightful ditties that listeners can use to serenade their own loved ones.

“Music has a way of connecting people on a profound level. Being able to contribute to personalized love songs for couples is an incredible experience. Here’s a snippet of our personalized song inspired by a one-of-a-kind love,” Lacbain said as she introduced their awaited Wish Bus performance.

Inviting others to try Toblerone’s newest heart-melting offering, she added, “Just imagine the look on your loved one’s face when they receive not only a Toblerone bar but also a customized love song. It’s very thoughtful, creative; it’s a memory to cherish forever.”

Meanwhile, Lacbain also shared their band’s wish for the love month.

“Sana maraming pang tao ang ma-touch ng songs namin, especially this love month. If you have a special someone, gamitin nyo yung kanta namin. Ipauso natin ulit ang paghaharana,” she enthused.

A personalized ‘thoughtful love song’

Like SunKissed Lola, anyone can generate their own personalized love song by visiting Toblerone’s dedicated website, www.tobleronethoughtfullovesong.com.

Apart from providing basic information about themselves, people must answer specific questions to help the AI technology produce a song befitting for their loved one. Some of the questions revolve around the respondent’s relationship with the recipient, their favorite thing about them, and the reason why they love them.

Once inputs are all in, people can download their AI-generated love song and share it with the person to whom it was dedicated.

During the Toblerone-powered Roadshow, Wishers who tried creating a song through the platform received thoughtful gift packs from the brand.

In the same event, SunKissed Lola also sent kilig vibes with their originals, “Damag” and “Dal’wang Patinig.”
