Wish 107.5 Ultimate Fandom Challenge’s Final Four, Survivors Dominate PH Trends List

The remaining seven fandoms in the first Wish 107.5 Ultimate Fandom Challenge faced off in an intense four-hour Twitter trending battle last Sunday, invading the Twitterverse with their messages of support to their favorite artists.

The Darrenatics, Juanistas and Dyfenders of the final four, along with Wish Fandom Survivor Juan Karlos United Families Club (JKUFC), dominated the local trends list with the following hashtags and topics: “Darrenatics Supports Wish1075,” #JuanistasWish1075, “Dyfenders Wish1075Awards,” and “UnitedJKfam Wish1075Survivor.”

The Darrenatics (Darren Espanto) garnering 33 points, was hailed as the winner, trending their way to the third spot with a total of 143K tweets during the 9pm tally.

JK United Families Club (JK Labajo) and the Juanistas (The Juans) had a tie with 20 points while Dyfenders ranked fourth with a total of 13 points.

Apart from the outpour of tweets from fandoms, their artists joined the Twitter conversations as well and sent their sincerest thanks.

The remaining Twitter trending battles will happen on May 29 and June 19. The over-all standing of the fandoms in this challenge will comprise 15% of their total score.

The finals night of the Wish 107.5 Ultimate Fandom Challenge is slated on June 28 at the SMART-Araneta Coliseum. Other vying fandoms include Mowienatics (one of the final four) and the other two Wish Fandom Survivors, Francisnatics and Darylnatics.
