As a stalwart supporter of music and charity in the country, Wish 107.5 continues to intensify its broadcast efforts in the digital space to continuously touch lives and be a steward of hope and compassion in these trying times.
Starting May 11, 2020, Wish 107.5 will be premiering “Wish Connect” — a Facebook Live online radio hosted by our awesome Wish jocks, every 6 p.m. to 11 p.m PHT from Monday to Friday.
Despite limitations on both the radio and Wish Bus operations due to the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), BMPI Vice President Mr. Jay Eusebio stressed how the Philippine radio station doesn’t plan on slowing down when it comes to revolutionizing broadcast media. In fact, he is optimistic in the new, virtual realm that the whole music community has entered.
“The new normal dictates that we innovate in interacting with people and also in how we provide them with entertainment. The Wish Bus may have been sidelined for the moment — and for good reason, at that — but it shall continue to move and captivate our audience. This way, we can keep the strong connection that we’ve always had with the public and still demonstrate the power of music especially in these trying times.”
“Wish Connect,” Wish 107.5’s latest project, aims to connect and empower people through music.
“It cannot be denied that music uplifts; our emotions are embedded in music. It’s an expression of life and real events. Even in crises such as the Covid-19 pandemic, music thrives and it lives completely unaffected by the virus,” Mr. Eusebio expressed. Truly, music, which is both genre- and generation-transcending, plays a vital role in bringing people together despite distances and lockdowns.
At the aim of bringing music closer to people, “Wish Connect” provides a virtual space for jocks, artists, and music lovers to bond over good entertainment and conversations.
“We will continue to provide a great platform for our artists to express their craft and showcase their talent, as well as connect them to their fans. The entire country is healing as one, and Wish, as an organization, takes an active role in bringing this to light,” Mr. Euseobio added.

DJ Ray Holiday of the Morning Wish will kick things off from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and welcome our Wishers to an enjoyable evening ahead. Everyone can send in their greetings and join the conversation by answering DJ Ray’s interesting topic for the night.
Wishpers of Love’s DJ Faye will keep you company as you go on a fun musical discovery! Discover the freshest tracks from the country’s fast-rising acts from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., weeknights.
Just in case you miss listening to DJ Alice’s behind-the-music interviews as well as hearing new cuts from your favorite artists, we’re bringing you The Digital Roadshow, which will air on Facebook from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Thinking incessantly of someone you deeply miss during the ECQ? Express your love and well-wishes for your special someone and pair it nicely with a sweep of tenderhearted Wishclusives, through DJ Adam’s Harana, which airs live on Facebook from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m.
